4

Alternate between traditional “Talk Therapy” and “Movement Sessions”.

5

Use your feedback from one session to the next to refine the process to your needs.

How much do sessions cost?

We use a sliding scale model, meaning that we adjust our rates to fit your income and budget. Those who are private pay will expect to pay between 100$ and 225$ per session. Potential clients can qualify for a huge discount merely by having an existing gym membership.

What happens during a “Movement Session”

Movement Sessions can vary drastically based on a client’s needs and ability level, but typically include some amount of walk-and-talk therapy, aerobic exercise, resistance training, and somatic interventions such as balancing, grounding, and relaxation techniques.

Do I have to do the “Movement Sessions”?

No! While we encourage everyone to be physically active as part of a healthy lifestyle, it is not mandatory. At every step in the process, we will discuss whether movement sessions are right for you. If not, we are more than qualified to just do traditional “talk therapy” psychotherapy.

What are your operating hours?

Typical operating hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday through Friday. We may have some availability for night, weekend, or special event hours. Contact Us to see if we can accommodate you.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We are currently paneled with Aetna, Cigna, and Anthem BlueCross BlueShield. We can bill out of network and also negotiate sliding scale cost

Do you do in-person or telehealth?

We are a hybrid practice, meaning we can see folks both in person and via telehealth. We have our own office and boutique gym space. We can still do movement sessions remotely but will double-check that you have an appropriate space to do so!

Do I have to be in Colorado?

No! PSYPACT is the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact and allows psychologists to practice across state lines making services available in most participating states.
